Andrew Gordon of Action Business helps health and wellbeing practitioners who feel overwhelmed by the demands of running a business. He works with clients to clarify their ideal customer, implement systems that generate consistent enquiries, and ultimately grow their income.

The Challenge

As part of his Entrepreneurs Circle (EC) coaching toolkit, Andrew received a pre-built website through the GenieAI platform — EC’s rebranded version of Go High Level.

One of the key features of this website is the Resources Hub, designed to let visitors download valuable materials in exchange for their contact details. However, when launched, the page needed customisation for Andrew’s chosen forms and automation — clicking the download button did nothing at this stage.

Although forms and automations were included in the installed GenieAI snapshot, there were limited instructions on how to connect them. This meant:

• No contact details were being captured
• No follow-up automations were triggered
• The system couldn’t generate or nurture new leads

In short, Andrew had the tools but not the technical setup, knowledge or guidance to make them function as intended.

The Solution

Andrew contacted Rob Osborne of Red Knight Solutions for help.

Rob began by reviewing the snapshot installation, focusing on getting a single download process working properly. He:

• Reconfigured the main page so the download button correctly linked to the contact capture form
• Published and connected the necessary landing and automation pages
• Reviewed and customised default automations to match Action Business’s brand and lead magnets
• Created trigger links to activate the correct sequences at each step

Once the first lead magnet worked correctly, Rob repeated and documented the process for a second resource. He then trained Andrew on how to replicate this process himself, including a written guide and a recorded walkthrough video for reference.

Result: Andrew now understands how to manage, update and extend his Resource Hub independently.
